Denim: It is a naturally renewed yarn whose raw material is cotton. If there is a lycra ratio, it should be pulled when wet. It is recommended to wash the products by turning them inside out in order to prevent the wear rate on the front surface. It is recommended to use steam during the ironing process.

You can return the product you want within 15 days from the delivery date by specifying the return code to YURTİÇİ KARGO company without paying any fees to the shipping company instantly. The shipping fee deduction will be subtracted from the refund amount after the product reaches us, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account. If a return note is included in the product, our colleagues in the unit will process your transaction accurately and promptly. You can send the products by specifying the return in this way.

Exchange transactions are not available on our side. An option for exchange could be to return the item and place a new order.

In return transactions, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the recipient. If the delivery cannot be provided by the customer (incorrect address, inability to find the address, cancellation after the delivery), the shipping fees will still be borne by the recipient.

• Refund Approval: When the refund amount is approved by our bank, you will receive an email from our POS company stating that the refund process has been completed. Your refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.

• Reference Number: The reference number, which you can use to check and track the process, will be provided by our POS company used during the return process and will be included in the email. With this reference number, you can easily track your transaction from your bank.

Returns from Stores

You can instantly return orders made from retrobird.com.tr and Retrobird mobile applications, which have not been discounted, from our stores within 15 days.

For other returns, you can deliver our products to our stores and start your return process through our stores. Our stores will act as a delivery point in this process and will initiate the process of the items you want to return to our headquarters as soon as possible.

Fee Refund

Refunds for purchases made with credit cards are made to the credit card used for the purchase. It is not possible to refund to a different credit card or in cash. Refunds to credit cards will be reflected in your card account within 20 business days, depending on your bank.

In returns, the shipping fee will be deducted before the refund is made.
