Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data;
As Retrobird, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). We would like to inform our customers about our purposes and methods of collecting, processing, and transferring personal data, and accordingly about your rights arising from the Law.
1. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
As Retrobird, acting in the capacity of data controller and within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; in order for you to benefit from the services of our brands, to inform you about our campaigns if you give your consent, to record your suggestions and complaints, to create better service standards for you, and to determine and implement Retrobird’s commercial and business strategies, we collect your personal data verbally, in writing, or electronically through the website, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means.
2. Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
As Retrobird, in our capacity as data controller, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels and/or any other channels not limited to these; your personal and/or sensitive personal data that we obtain with your consent may be collected in whole or in part, recorded, stored, preserved, changed, updated, periodically checked, reorganized, classified, retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or for the period stipulated in the relevant law, and may be shared/transferred with private/legal persons with whom Retrobird works, public institutions and organizations that it is legally obliged to cooperate with, and/or relevant third-party real/legal persons residing in Türkiye or abroad where legally or operationally required, and may be transferred abroad where legally or operationally required.
We hereby inform you that Retrobird may process your personal data so that customers may benefit from the services of our brands, to inform you about our campaigns if you give your consent, to record your suggestions and complaints, to create better service standards for you, and to determine and implement Retrobird’s commercial and business strategies, in all cases in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Retrobird may share your personal data only on the basis of your explicit consent or, provided that adequate measures are taken within the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, domestically and abroad where necessary security measures are in place, for the purposes of carrying out company activities, ensuring the business relationship between data subjects and our customers and/or conducting negotiations for this purpose, offering services, opportunities and advantages, and increasing service quality; with our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we are contracted and to whom we provide services as required by our activities, suppliers, audit firms, public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data due to a legal obligation, and other relevant authorities, without limitation thereto.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”)
Retrobird shall respond to the following requests of the relevant persons:
a) To learn whether Retrobird processes their personal data and which personal data it processes,
b) To request information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
c) To know the third parties to whom Retrobird transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
f) In the event of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data, to request notification of the transactions made to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result against the person by means of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
h) To obtain a copy of their personal data.

Privacy and Security
Retrobird Online Shop requests some of your personal information (name, age, interests, e-mail, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers. This information collected on Retrobird Online Shop servers is used only within Retrobird Online Shop for periodic campaign activities, creating special promotional activities for customer profiles, and customer “classification” studies aimed at preventing the sending of unwanted e-mails.
