RETURN PROCESS FOR GUEST ORDERS (WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP)

 

 

Your return process is explained below step by step with detailed instructions and visuals;

 

1. After reviewing the steps for returning your order placed without membership, you can start your process by clicking the "Easy Return" link. Before proceeding, please carefully check the selected products, your information, and the red warning text. We strongly recommend reading the Return Procedure. You can also access the procedure by clicking here.

 

2. After clicking the "Easy Return" link, scroll down on the page and enter your Order Number and either your Email Address or Mobile Phone Number, then click the "Query" button.

  

3. On the page that opens, select the product(s) related to your order and choose the cancellation/return reason and type.

 

4. Customers who placed their order via bank transfer (EFT) must fill in their IBAN information.

 

5. After selecting the products and the cancellation/return reasons and types, click the "Save and Continue" button.

 

6. After checking the required information on the next page and clicking the "Save" button, your shipping codes will appear on a new page.

 

7. You must deliver the return package to a Yurtiçi Cargo branch on the SAME DAY using the Cargo Customer Code and Return Shipping Code.
