Return Procedures

Your return process is explained step by step below with detailed instructions;

1. After logging into your account, go to the “My Account” page located at the top right corner.

2. Go to the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order and choose the “Easy Return” option.

3. Select the return reason, choose the product(s) and the action you want to take, then proceed to the next step by selecting “Save and Continue”.

4. Make sure that the information you entered for the return is correct. Then click the “Save” option.

5. Carefully review the selected product(s), your information, and the red warning text. We strongly recommend that you read the Return Procedure. You can also access the procedure by clicking here.

6. Click the “Save” option. Then you can send the product(s) to us by visiting a Yurtiçi Cargo branch with the “Return Shipping Code” shown in the notification. You must fill out the return request form located on the back of the order sheet and place it inside the return package.

1. Order Selection for Return: Select the relevant order.

2. Product Selection and Process: After selecting the product you wish to return, choose the reason and the action you would like to take.

3. Check Information: Review the information and continue with the process.

4. Return Shipping Code: You must deliver the product(s) to a Yurtiçi Cargo branch on the same day using the generated shipping code.

5. Return Information: You can access your return details in the “My Return Requests” section.
