RETURN PROCESS FOR ORDERS PLACED THROUGH A MEMBER ACCOUNT

 

 

Your return process is explained below step by step and in detail with visuals;

 

1. After logging into your account, go to the “My Account” page located at the top right corner.

2. Go to the “My Orders” section, select the relevant order, and choose the “Easy Return” option.

 

3. Select the return reason, choose the action you would like to take and the product(s), then proceed to the next step by selecting the “Save and Continue” option.

 

4. Make sure that the return information you entered is correct, or confirm the accuracy of the existing information. Then select the “Save” option.

 

5. Carefully review the selected product(s), your information, and the red warning text. We strongly recommend that you read the Return Procedure. You can also access the procedure by clicking here.

 

6. Click the “Save” option. Then, using the “Return Shipping Code” shown in the notification, you can go to a Yurtiçi Cargo branch and send the product(s) back to us.
