Polyester: Polyester fibers have a very high rate of resistance to dryness and wetness. It has high resistance to light and bacteria, and is long-lasting. Due to its flexibility, it is resistant to crumpling. It is a breathable, light weight fabric. It can be easily washed in the machine, dried quickly and can be used easily without ironing.

Lycra/Elastane: Due to its stretching feature, it is included in the durable, strong weaving type. It has both longitudinal and transverse stretching. It is a fabric that is recommended to be washed at low temperatures.

Denim: It is a naturally renewed yarn whose raw material is cotton. If there is a lycra ratio, it should be pulled when wet. It is recommended to wash the products by turning them inside out in order to prevent the wear rate on the front surface. It is recommended to use steam during the ironing process.

Scuba Diver: It is a flexible fabric that wraps around the body. Its flexibility makes it durable. Because it is tight and hugs the body, it makes a body look slim.

Şile Cloth: It is a non-sweating and non-allergenic fabric because it is made of 100% cotton. It is a type of fabric that is preferred especially in summer.

Wool: Woolen fabrics are soft and flexible fabrics with their moisture-absorbing nature. The air trapped in the fabric increases the insulation property of the wool against hot and cold. Thus, it does not pass the heat out of the body.

Camisole: It does not show through because it is not knitted with extremely fine threads. Since it is used in all-season clothing products, it does not make the person sweat. It has good stretching properties. For this reason, camisole fabrics are also called rubber knit.

Rayon/Artificial Silk: Rayon yarns stand out as artificial silk fabrics with their silk-like properties. In addition, it is a flamboyant and stylish fabric type, accompanied by a shiny effect with a sparkling appearance. It should be said that it resembles silk in appearance and structure. It is a fabric that is recommended to be washed at low temperatures. With its breathable structure, it absorbs sweat easily, and sweating problem is less. - It has a durable structure. - It is a soft fabric. - Compatible with the skin thanks to its slippery structure. - Provides a shiny appearance.

Crepe: The polyester and cotton blended fabric, produced from different types such as silk or wool and viscose, is called crepe fabric. Today, it has great importance for hijab clothing due to its air permeability and comfortable use. It is produced with silk, viscose, polyester and cotton. It is light and comfortable. Does not cause sweating.

Aerobin: With its light structure and quality, it allows for many years of use. It has a wrinkle-resistant structure. It has a light structure. 65% cotton 35% polyester blended yarn together with 5% elastane is used. Rates may vary.

Satin: Satin fabric has a shiny and slippery texture; It is an extremely elegant weaving with varieties such as cotton, polyester and silk. The biggest feature of satin fabric is that it has a glossy structure that is not matte. Satin fabric, which is used in many areas due to its shine and softness, exhibits a very elegant stance in many products, as it has a different texture and bright appearance than other fabrics.

RETURN POLICY

You can return the product you want within 15 days from the delivery date by specifying the return code to YURTİÇİ KARGO company without paying any fees to the shipping company instantly. The shipping fee deduction will be subtracted from the refund amount after the product reaches us, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account. If a return note is included in the product, our colleagues in the unit will process your transaction accurately and promptly. You can send the products by specifying the return in this way.

Exchange transactions are not available on our side. An option for exchange could be to return the item and place a new order.

In return transactions, the round-trip shipping fee is borne by the recipient. To benefit from our discounted shipping fee, you need to send it prepaid with the Yurtiçi Return Cargo Code you will create. When the product reaches us, the return fee will be refunded to you after deducting the discounted shipping fee.

If the delivery cannot be provided by the customer (incorrect address, inability to find the address, cancellation after the delivery), the shipping fees will still be borne by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons in our jewelry, underwear, and mask product categories.

For Customers Ordering Without Membership

Customers who place orders without membership can create a return request by clicking on the "Non-member Return Creation" link under Order Without Membership on the Menu, entering the order information at the bottom.

• Return Request Confirmation: An email will be sent by Retrobird indicating that your return request has been received and processed. We send this email to confirm that the return process has started.

  If you specify your request as an exchange, it will be converted to a return request as we do not have an exchange process.

• Refund Approval: When the refund amount is approved by our bank, you will receive an email from our POS company stating that the refund process has been completed. Your refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.

• Reference Number: The reference number, which you can use to check and track the process, will be provided by our POS company used during the return process and will be included in the email. With this reference number, you can easily track your transaction from your bank.

Returns from Stores

You can instantly return orders made from retrobird.com.tr and Retrobird mobile applications, which have not been discounted, from our stores within 15 days.

For other returns, you can deliver our products to our stores and start your return process through our stores. Our stores will act as a delivery point in this process and will initiate the process of the items you want to return to our headquarters as soon as possible.

Fee Refund

Refunds for purchases made with credit cards are made to the credit card used for the purchase. It is not possible to refund to a different credit card or in cash. Refunds to credit cards will be reflected in your card account within 20 business days, depending on your bank.

In returns, the shipping fee will be deducted before the refund is made.

The refund for payments made by Wire Transfer/EFT will be refunded to the account number associated with the EFT or transfer.

The gift voucher amount used in the returned items will not be redefined to your account. Coupons given during the campaign cannot be used after the campaign ends.

The shipping-delivery fee will not be refunded.
