1. After logging into your account, go to your account page located in the top right corner.

2. Go to the "My Orders" section and select the relevant order, then choose the "Easy Return" option.

3. Select the reason for return or exchange, choose the desired action and products, and click "Save and Continue" to proceed to the next step.

4. Ensure that you have entered the correct information for exchange and return, or verify the accuracy of the entered information. Then select the "Save" option.

5. Carefully review the selected products, your information, and any red warning messages. We kindly request you to read the Exchange and Return Procedure. You can also click here to access the procedure.

6. Select the "Save" option. You can then go to the Yurtiçi Cargo Branch with the "Return Shipping Code" from the notification that appears to send the products back to us.
